About Us
He always made me laugh and feel truly loved
I realized that so much of what it means to be human, I learned from my dog Lou. After he died, when I had a life question or a difficult moment, I would ask myself, What Would Lou Do? The more I asked that question, and really tuned in to the answers that came, the more I realized that everyone had these questions, and I was being guided by his wisdom.
Then when I started to talking to people about these things, I realized we all had the same questions, and I had incredible conversations with people that I wanted to bring to you.
What Would Lou Do? is a way for us to learn the necessary and dynamic tools for what it means to be human and how to make the most of it, in the most playful way possible. With a little help from the Dog Himself…
The lessons I learned from Lou on my quest to re-find my joy in life are: Connection, Love, Feeling Good, Choices, Balance, Consistency, Consciousness.
Each of these, and indeed each of us, are connected through The Field. That’s why I call our gatherings Field Trips!
Each month we’ll dive deeper into one of these lessons. In between each Field Trip, I’ll send journal prompts in our newsletters. That month’s Field Trip will be devoted to unpacking the lessons that we’ve learned and I’ll share what Lou shared with me…
I hope you’ll join me to make the most of your life too!

Every day Ralphie says with the glint in his eyes, with his yelps as I’m putting on my boots and sliding on my coat readying for a walk, with the way he comes over and rests his head on my knee when I’m writing, today is a gift from god, let’s not waste a single breath.
